Company Name Change Notification

To further our business development in both, domestic and overseas markets, we make formal announcement of a change in our company name, which is changing from “HANGZHOU SHINING 3D TECH CO., LTD.”  to SHINING 3D TECH CO., LTD.

The new company name will be implemented on all company stationery and media starting on May 21st.  The company’s main business and legal structure will not be affected by this change in name. All contracts, business relationships and service endeavors which were completed and signed before this change, will remain valid.
