AccuWare 3.2.X Key Feature Updates:

11 Types of One-Click Printing

IBT, Retainer, and Denture are now available!

AccuWare 3.2.x now supports a total of 11 types of one-click printing for various applications, covering most of the needs of both clinics and labs. An advanced algorithm powers the one-click printing process, enabling auto-layout, auto-support generation, and auto-slicing. The high success rate streamlines your printing workflow, helping you save time and reduce rework.

Note: V3.2.1 currently supports auto slicing for 8 product types.

V3.2.2 will expand support to include 3 additional types: implant crown & bridge, veneer, and denture teeth.

Slicing on Cloud

With cloud slicing, users can access AccuWare’s powerful AI-driven one-click printing anytime, anywhere—requiring only an internet connection. Currently, cloud slicing supports 5 types of one-click printing: Splint, Restoration, Surgical Guide, Orthodontic Model, and Crown & Bridge.

This feature streamlines cross-location task management and reduces dependency on high-performance local hardware or specific operating systems, such as macOS. When the print job is generated via the SHINING 3D  Design Service, the data import step is automatically bypassed, further enhancing workflow efficiency.

In addition, cloud slicing includes automatic updates, ensuring users always have access to the latest features and improvements—without the need for manual installation or maintenance.

Multi-Platform Mode

The latest version of AccuWare introduces Multi-Platform Mode, designed for users who need to print a large number of models simultaneously.

With this new mode, you can import up to 50 models at once, and the system will automatically assign them to available printers that use the same material selected in the printer software.

This greatly improves printing efficiency and throughput, especially for dental labs and clinics with high daily print volumes—saving time, reducing manual work, and optimizing printer usage.

Remote Control

Remote control allows users to manage and monitor printers with greater flexibility and convenience. Viewing the printer status on a laptop helps users quickly detect completed jobs, minimizing time waste. Users can also track resin tank usage, printer status, and maintenance schedules remotely.

Fully New UI Display

The update in AccuWare provide users with full new experience, featuring a clean layout, intuitive navigation and clear instructions, making it easy to find and understand the operation needed to use AccuWare.

· New User Guide

The tracking guide allows new users to get easy use of the functions, reducing the learning curve and increasing productivity in the printing stage. The guide will lead you to Accu Collection, the entrance for cloud, one-click printing, etc. Users could also find the guide in left function bar- Help- New User Guide.

· Application Guide Built-In

Shining 3D has added complicated material application guide inside the software for users to understand easily and deeply how to increase the success rate for printing and for post-processing. Meets users request on the high success rate even for first time users.

· AccuDesign 2.0 and SHINING 3D Dental Design Service Entrance Integration

Both AccuDesign 2.0 and the SHINING 3D Design Service entrances are now seamlessly integrated into the AccuWare software. Whether you prefer one-click in-house model generation or cloud-based design support, both options are easily accessible from a single platform—offering users a more convenient and flexible way to get high-quality printable models.

Note: Certain new features in Accuware3.2.X are only compatible with FabWare version 3.7 or later.
